Shipping policy

Shipping Prices:

We ship products from multiple warehouse. Because of this, some of the shipping costs are divided up by brand/warehouse. For example, if you place an order containing both CellCore and Aegis Formulas products, you will be charged $8 for shipping with CellCore and $8 for shipping with Aegis. 
-CellCore orders between $1-$399.99 (before any discount codes) cost: $8.00.
-Aegis Formulas orders between $1-$399.99 (before any discount codes) cost: $8.00.
-All other orders between $1-$399.99 (before any discount codes) cost: $12 (padded envelope), $20 (medium box), and $27 (large box). 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout across all brands and/or item size.

All orders over $400 (before any discount codes) will ship FREE

CellCore Biosciences:

CellCore Biosciences products ship directly from the CellCore warehouse and NOT our clinic. Please direct shipping questions directly to CellCore at: 866-902-1525 or www.cellcore.com/pages/contact

CellCore Biosciences™ strives to ship all products within 1-3 business days on all orders received. They ship from two warehouses across the United States, as well as limited product from their Idaho and Florida offices. Please note that high order volume can lead to extended shipping and processing times.

Estimated shipping times visible during checkout do not take processing time into consideration and are not always guaranteed or insured by the carrier or CellCore Biosciences. If shipping estimates are inaccurate, it is the responsibility of the receiver to file a claim with the carrier.

CellCore Biosciences is not responsible in the event of damage, delays, loss, or theft during transit. Claims must be filed with the carrier. If the package is ineligible for a claim or the claim is denied, CellCore BioSciences is not responsible for providing compensation.

Order Changes:

Shipments are processed and transmitted for fulfillment as soon as possible. As a result, we are often unable to cancel or change orders once they have been submitted. This is stated on the check-out screen at the time the order is placed.

Note: Due to fulfillment procedures, we're unable to pack multiple orders in a single shipment. Orders will be packed separately, though it's likely they may be delivered at the same time.

Additional cost of shipping cannot be discounted if orders are combined.

Cancellations:

All orders that have been transmitted to our warehouses cannot be cancelled.

Total Body Wellness Clinic:

For non-CellCore items, we utilize USPS Priority Mail only. Once the Post Office receives your package, orders are generally delivered within 2-4 business days. We do not have the option to overnight packages.

Orders over $400 (excluding taxes and applicable discounts) are eligible for free shipping.

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday only. Any orders received after 11am Mountain Time will be shipped out the next regular business day, excluding Thursdays, Fridays, and holidays.

Order Changes:

International Orders:

We do not ship internationally. Please email us at support@totalbodywellnessclinic.com if you wish to place an international order for CellCore products. We will give you a practitioner code that you use on www.CellCore.com to place an order. 

As carrier issues are outside of our control, Total Body Wellness Clinic does not refund any shipping costs after the order has left our facility. Additionally, we do not provide return shipping labels unless we have sent you the wrong product.
