Returns
For your safety and security, we do not resell returned items and as such, we are unable to accept returns. All sales final.


Damaged Items


If anything in your order arrives broken or damaged, please email a photo of the damage and any damage to the shipping box within 7 days to: support@totalbodywellnessclinic.com

As soon as we receive the photos we will send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Mistakes/Mis-shipments


We strive for order accuracy. If there is a mistake with your order (you received the wrong product or the wrong quantity, etc.) please email us a photo of the signed packing slip and the incorrect items within 7 days to: support@totalbodywellnessclinic.com. We will email you a prepaid shipping label to send the wrong items back to us and/or we will ship the correct items out to you.

*All refunds are provided at the discretion of Total Body Wellness Clinic.
